Copper Lead Wire is made with a solid, soft drawn annealed copper conductor. The most common is #14 AWG (American Wire Gauge) with a tough, oil and gasoline resistant Polyvinylchloride (PVC) insulation. Available in your choice of single conductor or paralleled two conductor with one black and one white conductor - for ease of identification - enclosed in an overall yellow PVC jacket.
