The preferred method by both civilian and military EOD personnel is the 12 gage PAN Disrupter which is sold exclusively through Ideal Products, Inc.

Post Shot Survivability - During testing and use by bomb squads throughout the world the disrupter has not been damage by normal firing.

With proper maintenance the PAN Disrupter has a reliability greater than 99%.

Emplacement Time Normally less than one minute, but for difficult disruption schemes may take up to four minutes.

The PAN Disrupter can be completely disassembled and put back together within 10 minutes or less with training.

The only disrupter that can be used with the new Recoil Reduction Adapter.
