This kit exceeds the screening performance of the current TSA/FAA modular bomb kit capabilities and has been expanded to include the most current known threats. The kit includes:

Metal and PVC pipe bombs
Visually and density correct explosive simulants of all types versus plastic mock-ups in the current TSA/FAA kit
Updated firing circuits with all of the different types of power sources replacing the outdated types in the old TSA/FAA kit
X-ray correct commercial, military, and improvised blasting caps

Simulants will generate an automatic detection response on all systems on the Air Cargo Screening Technology List (ACSTL). We believe there are no other products on the market that offer the capability and complete functionality of this kit.
