The loading pole is 1-1/4 straight grain poplar wooden pole used for placing and compacting explosive charges in bore holes. The hook connector fitting is made of brass alloy and is capable of hooking with another connector to secure your tamping poles together. The advantage of this is either end can be connected to another pole.

8 ft poles are considered over length items by UPS and extra charges are added by UPS for over length items. It is now cheaper to ship 8 ft loading poles via Freight LTL. We will no longer ship 8 ft poles via UPS ground.
