BLASTBAGTM AERO is the original and best air operated blast hole plug. The fully patented product allows drill andblast personnel to improve techniques and save money due

to improved fragmentation and better utilisation of explosive energy. The BLASTBAGTM AERO is also completely environmentally sound and safe to operate, only using

compressed air for inflation.

Designed to operate in environments where service air lines are available, the BLASTBAGTM AERO is ideal for underground conditions. The dual bladder construction and

robust outer protective covering ensures leakage never occurs. The proprietary valve features an annular snap coupling for fast and easy connection or disconnection.

The BLASTBAGTM AERO allows for improved fragmentation, a safer final wall, elimination of explosive wastage, void management control, protection of drilled holes and

capping of up holes utilising the charge thru function.

BILBY Short 64-203mm (60 per box)

 

The BLASTBAGTM AERO is available for all hole sizes from 64

mm through to 311 mm. Several devices are available

to assist with installation of the BLASTBAGTM AERO, including

the UNDERGROUND HOSE REEL, AB-C COUPLING,

HANDHELD INFLATOR, various AERO WEIGHTS and

DROPLINES. These are designed to connect to standard

underground mine air and can be customised as required.

These allow for installation of BLASTBAGTM AERO in any

environment, including up holes and underwater holes.

The BLASTBAGTM AERO should not be inflated to pressures

above 20 PSIG (76-203 mm) or 10 PSIG (230-350 mm).
