The PocketLIM 5G is a LIM data recorder of the 5th generation, its key benefits are:

Blasting & Drilling

    • Before drilling, 2D drill mast positioning assistance by displaying the X, Y angles;
    • Before drilling, in case of inclined holes for drills with articulated boom, 3D (compensated 2D) drill mast possitionning assistance by displaying the X, Y azimuth compensated angles. The reference azimuth is determined either by a simple optical aiming (operator in the cab) or by a GPS receiver antenna mounted on top of the drill mast, innovative technology which ensures an optimal accuracy;
    • Before drilling, Laser beam option to get an absolute reference altitude (Z);
    • During drilling, display and acquisition of drilling parameters, drilling Depth, Depth of the drilling bit (distance to the bottom), Instantaneous drilling speed, Bit or Tool Pressure (TP), Air Pressure (AP), Torque (TQ), Rotation Speed (Bit RPM) and any other parameter vs depth;
  • Current & previous shift production statistics display and storage : average drilling speed (instantaneous and commercial), drilling times, number of drilled holes, accumulated depths, number of rods, ...
